Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the things we get asked most often.

Correct. All Dro1d Labs apps process data locally on your device. We don't collect analytics, telemetry, usage data, or any personal information. We couldn't access your data even if we wanted to - we don't have servers to receive it.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. We cannot issue refunds directly - Apple handles all billing and will reach a decision quickly.
On iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. On Mac: App Store → [your account] → Subscriptions. Apple's full instructions are at support.apple.com. You won't lose Pro access until the current period ends.
Yes. All purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Once purchased, you can install the app on any device signed in with that Apple ID at no extra cost. Use the "Restore purchases" button in the app's settings if it doesn't unlock automatically.
Some are. Defndr is fully open source on GitHub. NuDefndr publishes its security-critical components (vault encryption, Keychain integration, SensitiveContentAnalysis wrapper) as a transparency release - not the full production app, but the parts that matter most for trust. The code has not been independently audited; we encourage you to review it yourself.
Try restarting the app, then your device. Make sure you're on the latest App Store version. If the issue persists, email apps@dro1d.org with your device model, iOS version, app version (visible in Settings → Info), and a description of what's happening. Screenshots help a lot.

NuDefndr setup reminder: The most common issue is a missing system permission. Open the app → Settings → check the status indicator. If it shows a warning, follow the prompt to enable Sensitive Content Warning in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
